Have you experienced:
- Unpaid wages or underpayment? You have six years to claim wages you are owed.
- Unfair working conditions? You have 90 days to complain about poor working conditions.
- Dismissal without proper cause? You have 90 days to complain about an unjustified dismissal.
- Breaches of your AEWV employment agreement? You have 90 days to complain about these breaches.

You will need to gather some information for us to get started:
- A written explanation of the situation you are in or what has happened to you. Set out a timeline of everything that has happened.
- Copy of your relevant visa(s).
- Copy of your passport photo page.
- Copy of all relevant employment agreement(s).
- Bank statements for the whole period of employment (all bank accounts).
- IRD income summary for the whole period of employment.
- Copy of all payslips you have, if any.
- Any evidential information - proof of payment of a premium (money paid to secure the job), text messages, WhatsApp messages, emails, evidence of hours worked vs hours paid (timesheets, messages of hours worked sent to your employer).
- If your visa was cancelled by your employer or if you were dismissed, why and how did it happen? Collect any information you have about this.
